Monique teaches yoga, pilates and fitness in Naples, Florida. She helps students improve health by showing them how to integrate, simple, natural methods into daily life. The path to fitness should joyful, without guilt or competition. A successful wellness routine is about listening to and accepting the wisdom of one’s body. 

Monique is certified by the Yoga Alliance, The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and The Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is also STOTT Pilates trained.
